| Solubility: | High level of water solubility but we still recommend making up your extract, checking for any residue or sedimentation and filtering if necessary. |

| Extraction: | As this is an 8:1 extract you only need add 12.5% of powdered extract to 87.5% water to reconstitute it into Goji juice. This juice can be used as your water phase but we do recommend using this at a more dilute level as fruit extracts such as this can sometimes cause people irritation. |
