Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

Shipping Policy

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. Any orders placed after 4PM EST will be processed the following business day.

All orders are shipped via Fedex Express unless we are contacted by phone for the request of other express agency.

Return and Refund Policy

Return Conditions

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Please include your order information with your return package – can be found on your online receipt or the invoice that arrived with your order.

Return Process

Customers need to contact our customer service team to initiate the return process. Once approved, customers will receive instructions on how to return the product.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method upon receiving and inspecting the returned product. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.

Product Exchanges

We offer exchanges for damaged or defective items. Please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product to arrange an exchange.

Upon receiving the returned item, we will refund via your original payment method. Processing time for returns will usually take 7-14 business days from the time the returned package is received by Daji Belle.
