| Solubility: | This extract is poorly water soluble so it is best to prepare the herb in demineralised water and then filter out any residue before adding to your product. To create a 20% solution take 20g of powder and add to 80g of a 20% alcohol solution (make this by putting 20g of alcohol into 80g of water). Leave to steep for around 20 minutes then filter and use the resulting water/ alcohol/ herb mix in your product. |

| Heat Stability: | Very high. You could use this as your water phase in an emulsion and heat it but it is more typical to use this as an extract and add it at the end of manufacturing. |
