We recommend, in most situations, to prepare your herb into demineralised water and then filter out any residue before adding it to your product. |
| Use Amount: | This herb is 8 times more potent than fresh lavender so to create a single strength liquid extract you would add 12.5g of herb to 87.5g of water and then filter it. You could use that water as-is in your formula (so as your water phase) or you could take that single strength liquid and add it into your formula at any percentage. Lavender is a safe extract and can be used in any proportion depending on your product aspirations. |
