Uses: Add a few drops to the bath to relax before bed. Enjoy its soothing aroma as it evaporates to create a calming home environment - ideal for putting the kids to bed. Dilute to a maximum of 1% with a base oil and enjoy a relaxing massage to relieve stress. Dilute up to 1% in a skin lotion or cream to soothe irritated skin.
