Uses: |
It is a rich fat source that makes coco butter ideal to use in making of chocolates. It is a major ingredient in chocolates. Coco butter is considered the best base for medicinal suppositories. This butter has a melting point of around 34–38 °C, that the reason, chocolate melts once inside the mouth. |
