| Uses: | MIGRAINE ESSENTIAL OIL BLEND USES1. Apply a drop to the temple or wrist. Don't rub.2. Mix 2-5 drops of essential oil in a 1-ounce carrier, such as jojoba, calendula, or rosehip oil.3. Mix 6-30 drops of essential oil in 1 ounce of natural unscented carrier oil or lotion.4. You can also use it in an inhaler.5. Also, apply topically to relieve muscle and joint pain.6. Mix 1-3 drops of a therapeutic blend of migraine essential oils in 1/2 teaspoon carrier oil. Set aside. Fill a tub (deep enough to cover your feet and ankles) with warm water. Add the essential oil mixture, mix well and soak your feet for 10-15 minutes. Breathe in the aroma and massage your feet. |
